Grey PVC plastic electrical boxes can be purchased for about 650 colones at El Lagar and probably other hardware stores in Costa Rica. These boxes can be easily adopted as project enclosures for your electronic projects. The square version fits many types of Arduinos quite well. The PVC plastic is easy to cut and modify with simple tools when you are adding ethernet ports, DC power plugs, audio jacks, etc. Instead of using standoffs I use double sided sticky tape to attach the board to raised platform on the botton of the box. I sometimes cut off the knobs on the back of the box so I can use sticky tape to install the project instead of screws.
